Approximately 50% of pregnant women experience some degree of lower back pain, sciatica, pelvic discomfort, or buttock pain during pregnancy. Pregnancy
I support women throughout their pregnancy in managing conditions such as lower back pain, pelvic pain, hip discomfort, sciatica, leg pain, round ligament pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, diaphragm and rib pain, and pubic symphysis dysfunction.

I frequently support postpartum mothers dealing with mid-back pain, rib discomfort, headaches, migraines, lower back pain, pelvic pain, abdominal separation, buttock pain, and sciatica, helping them navigate this new phase with greater ease and comfort.
